2. Will you bring me the lowest possible prices?
Yes, on the condition of:
The competitor must have the item currently in stock and ready for delivery. No backorders.
The item must be the same, determined by the manufacturer's part number or model number.
Offer not valid if competitor has the item on "clearance" or "sale".
Offer not valid for items found on auction.
Competitor must be selling a new item, not "used", "slightly-used" or "refurbished".
Offer valid in the NSW Australia only. Competitor must have a physical presence in NSW Australia.
We reserve the right to cancel this offer at any time if the item is below cost.

3. AMEX attracts 2.5% additional surcharge
Due to hefty surcharges by American Express, we need to charge an additional 2.5% on the total purchase for every transaction using an American Express credit card.
If you want to pay by credit card please use Visa/MasterCard/Bankcard, which will NOT attract any surcharge.(No surcharge)
 
4. How can I place an order?
You can do it through the website or by contacting us via email (sales@computershop888.com.au), phone (02 83388888, 02 83388966) or fax (02 83388999).
 
5. How do I know that you have received my order?
When you place your order via the web, an automated reply will be sent to your designated email address. Within one working day, one of our sales personnel will contact you to confirm your order details, including the delivery date, etc.
 
6. When will I receive the products?
For deliveries within NSW, it takes 1-2 working days to reach. For deliveries outside NSW, usually it takes 2-3 working days. For remote areas allow 5 working days. For International deliveries, allow 3-7 working days.
 
7. Will you charge my Credit Card if the product I ordered runs out of stock and you have put me on waiting?
If the product you ordered happens to be out of stock temporarily, then we will only charge a$50.00 deposit to place your order in the queue. This will ensure that you will be amongst those who will get the product as soon as it is available.
 
8. I have added a product to my shopping cart, but when I view the shopping cart - it's empty. What's the problem?
Ensure that your browser is set up to receive "Cookies".
 
9. I am unable to understand how come your prices are so low?
Our prices are low (lower than the market price) because:
We deal directly with the manufacturer's distributor and save the middleman's costs.
We keep very low profit margin.
We don't operate from a physical showroom or shop. Our website serves this purpose.
 
10. Do your products have manufacturer's warranty?
Yes. All the products we sell have full Australian manufacturer's warranty.
 
11. When I received the products, the packaging contents (that come with the product) are not exactly the same as you advertised in your website?
The packaging contents may vary from time to time and it is totally up to manufacturer's discretion.
When you receive the package:
  • Make sure that it is sealed with the manufacturer's original seal.
  • Open the seal and check the contents inside the package against those printed on the package/box.
     
  • 12. How can I pay at post office?
    You can pay your order at any post office. To do this, simply select payment method during checkout to 'Pay it at Post'.
    After submitting your order, the website will generate the barcode and total amount.
    Print that page and take it to any post office with your payment.
    Please do NOT pay until our staff contacts you to confirm your order.
    Allow at least 24 hours after your payment to dispatch your order.
     
    13. I am a visitor and will soon be travelling overseas. Can I claim GST refund?
    Yes you can. The Tourist Refund Scheme (TRS) enables you to claim a refund that will be paid on goods totalling $300 (GST inclusive) or more, bought from one or more stores, provided each store's tax invoice totals at least $300 (GST inclusive). The products must be bought no more than 30 days before you leave Australia. The TRS is open to all overseas visitors and Australian residents, except air and sea operating crew.

    You will need to present the following at the Customs TRS facility when you depart Australia:
  • your goods (to prove you are taking them out of the country),
  • the original tax invoice from the retailer, showing the A.B.N. (to provide information for Customs officers),
  • your passport and
  • your international boarding pass or other proof of travel.
